What happens after I pay the deposit?
You'll get a Scope Receipt in your inbox within 24 hours — an agreement-grade document that locks what's in scope, what's out, timeline, and the payment schedule. Then we schedule the kickoff call.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. It reserves your slot and covers scoping time. If you need to delay the start date, that's usually fine — just email within 48 hours of paying.
What if my project doesn't fit one of these packages?
Email hello@talleydigitalstudio.com with a sentence or two about what you're building. If it fits, we'll quote it. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
What's in the Delivery Receipt?
Evidence of completion — test run links, Lighthouse scores, deploy URLs, ops handoff checklist, before/after metrics. Not a summary email. A document you can audit.
